The Veracity Group, LLC was formed in 2007 as a spin-off of Veracity REIT, LLC. The Veracity Group is a Georgia based corporation with a focus on wholesale acquisition of real estate with strategic actions in place to increase equity positions. Our corporate strategy targets income producing properties that are at or above a 0.9 debt servicing ratio. The true value in our acquisitions is derived from forced equity of below market rent, wholesale construction/development, vacancies or inadequate utilization of the property. The Veracity Group creates first-class real estate opportunities for our investors. Leveraging our strength for generating equity, we provide high yield returns to our clients.

For us that plan encompasses our strategies, methodologies, culture, and commitment to client satisfaction and delight. Strategies that include opportunities with condo conversions, multifamily development and acquisitions, and under-performing flagged hotel acquisitions.
